Quincy has four public transportation train stops on the MBTA red line, Quincy Adams, Quincy Center, Wollaston and North Quincy, linking the city to Boston and areas north, south and west. Our historic sites can be accessed from the Quincy Center station; the transportation hub for MBTA bus service throughout the City and several surrounding communities. Boston’s Logan International Airport is seven miles from Quincy and is accessible via rail, bus or free shuttle provided by our hotels. A cab fare is approximately $40. The City is at the crossroads of many interstate transportation corridors including I-93, I-95 and Routes 128, 24, and 3 providing easy access to points north, south and west. The City of Quincy is conveniently located to: Boston -15 minutes, Plymouth-40 minutes, Cape Cod-1 hour, Providence, RI-1 hour, and New York City- 4 hours.
