Seaside Saturday Morning Meditation
Immerse yourself in nature during our outdoor morning meditation. Caddy Park is a beautiful spot is on the southern end of Quincy Shore Drive. You’ll find us inside the park near the marsh. (See the map below for more details)
This class is an beginner level introduction to the basic elements of mindfulness meditation. The session will include meditation practices such as breath awareness and noting. Each class will include brief instruction followed by a 30 minute seated meditation.
You’ll want to register in advance as space is limited!
Remember to bring:
a yoga mat, they aren’t provided.
a towel to wipe your mat clean, since grass and sand can stick to the mat.
water, sunglasses, and perhaps some sunscreen
The class is free but donations are suggested.
