This series will take place one Sunday a month on the boardwalk of the award winning Meriel Marina Bay. This is our third year in a row and based on the success of the first two years, we have increased from 3 to 5 events. Each event has a unique theme including an Ice cream and dog day, a nautical day, and even a fitness day.

Our first Sunday Funday will be birthday themed in honor of Marina Bay's 2 years of expanded boardwalk! Join us with your family, friends, and dogs for a fun-filled Summer outing with local vendors, restaurants, and activities for all ages!

We will make pizzas that goes beyond your wildest dreams, transforming vegetables that were once not so liked to something that rivals potato chips! If you have a 6 or 8 inch chef's knife, please bring it wrapped tightly in a towel. Ages 8-13. Advance registration required.

Help clean up the shores, marshes, and streams of the Neponset River during DCR's Park Serve Day!

This event is open to the general public. There are no age restrictions.

During the cleanup be sure to wear long pants and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, along with closed toe footwear. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, hats, and water.

Join us as we celebrate the Neponset River and the beautiful parks and pedestrian paths along the shore, along with the natural salt marshes and wetlands that support more than 200 species of birds, fish and other wildlife.

Activities include free canoes & kayaks, conservation oriented exhibits, crafts, music, food trucks, spray park and more!

This is a FREE family-friendly, public event. We encourage you to bring a blanket and a picnic, and spend the day!
